Q. Do I pay Meetings & Events Network to identify and negotiate (site selection) hotel contracts?
A. No. Meetings & Events Network receives payment from hotels, resorts, etc. in the form of commissions. There is no charge to the client.
Q. Am I limited to certain cities using this service?
A. No. We secure hotels nationwide. Whether a small town or large city, we can secure your groups accommodations.
Q. How many rooms constitute a group?
A. Generally 10 rooms or more are considered a group. However do not hesitate to call us for groups slightly less. We have many relationships in place that accommodate less than 10 rooms.
Q. Does Meetings & Events Network offer any other services complimentary?
A. Yes. When you assign Meetings & Events Network the task of site selection, there are several additional tasks of event planning we can include. Services are customized to your event, but may include:
Extensive City Comparison – designed for groups considering two or more cities for an event (area attractions, flight availability/cost, convention space, convention shuttle, etc.).
Streamlined Program Agenda – designed for groups that want assistance in firming-up their program and agenda specifics.
Food & Beverage Selection – designed for groups that want assistance in
establishing their meal functions with menu selections and pricing, even if the
event is weeks or months away.
