Preferred Partnership has advantages!
We are always interested in adding quality hotels to our Preferred Partner database. We have three categories of hotels:
- Mid-size to large hotels with ample meeting space and the ability to accommodate multi-day conferences or events. Rates vary and are generally market driven.
- Small to large hotel properties with some meeting space and the ability to accommodate groups of 10+ rooms, generally booked several weeks or months in advance. Room rates are customarily $50-120.00 per room.
- Small to large hotel properties with minimal meeting space to accommodate groups of 10+ rooms for extended stays of one to eight weeks or more. These groups are short-term bookings, most often giving less than a week notice prior to check-in.
These hotels generate revenue from last minute bookings on rooms that otherwise would have remained unoccupied. Room rates are generally deeply discounted, but generate immediate unanticipated revenue.
Once in our database, you’ll receive all leads for your geographic area. Respond to those your property can accommodate. Simply disregard those that you are unable to accommodate, due to current availability, rate structure, etc.
