In order for us to get started, the only thing we need is your housing parameters. We identify properties that meet your specifications and use those parameters to negotiate rates, complimentary concessions, amenities, upgrades, etc., to assure your objectives are met. You’ll receive a concise analysis of each property’s offer and recommendations as to which hotels offer the best value.
Once you’ve chosen the property that best accommodates your group’s needs, we’ll request and review the contract. Finally you will receive the contract for final review, approval and signature.
